Personalized Virtual Coaching

Coaching for Moms of Teens

As our kids mature, their struggles can feel heavier and, with the increased need for respecting their privacy, our natural support system can feel inadequate. Virtual coaching offers a personal yet confidential source of encouragement, empathy, and guidance. I’m here to offer you clarity, practical strategies, and spiritual insights that will empower you on your journey.

Where Faith Meets Modern Motherhood

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every woman has access to heavenly guidance as she navigates motherhood. Personal revelation combined with gospel resources and wisdom from trusted people can guide the way and give confidence for the journey ahead.

While my Christian perspective is specifically from the LDS (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints) faith, if you also believe in these tenants, we may be a great match regardless of your religious affiliation:

  • You are a child of God.
  • Mothering is a sacred role.
  • Agency is a gift and an essential part of mortality.
  • Progress - not perfection - is the goal for earth life.
  • We are meant to find joy in the journey!

What Working Together Looks Like

At Bench Coaching LLC, I provide support and guidance to help you navigate the challenges of motherhood with a faith-based perspective, active listening, and a dash of humor.

We will discuss current difficulties in your mothering experience and then explore ways to fortify you as an individual to fulfill this sacred role with hope and joy. Together, we’ll develop strategies to strengthen your relationship with your teen, manage your responsibilities, and prioritize your well-being.

I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way.

My Journey to Coaching

Motherhood has been a rigorous path for me, filled with both anticipated and unexpected thrills and challenges. I personally would have benefited from having a coach when the complicated and confidential situations of older kids became treacherously steep, especially if that coach was understanding, encouraging, experienced in similar situations, and joyfully committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mothering combined with many years of teaching experience, my gift of engaged listening, enjoyment of people, passion for self improvement, and dedication to uplifting others results in a love for coaching in this space.
